The Marketing team drives AWNL's brand building and business growth in the UK and US markets. Our work extends beyond promoting products—we communicate the brand philosophy of natural materials' energy and talisman culture to consumers who share these values.
We operate through remote collaboration. Team members work from the UK, US, or other locations, maintaining close collaboration with Swedish headquarters and colleagues worldwide through online tools. This working model stems from Nordic trust culture: we value outcomes, provide full autonomy, and enable each team member to apply their expertise in familiar environments.
