Join AWNL's Business Development & Partnerships Team

About the Role

Our Business Development team expands AWNL's online sales channels across the UK and US, bringing Swedish-crafted talisman jewellery to discerning consumers.

We focus on emerging online channels—social commerce platforms, affiliate networks, brand partnerships, and direct-to-consumer strategies. This requires deep understanding of the UK/US digital retail landscape and the ability to balance commercial goals with brand integrity.

AWNL isn't fast fashion. Our pieces carry craft and cultural significance. We seek partners who understand and communicate our brand values, not just distribution channels. This means our Business Development team needs negotiation skills and genuine belief in talisman jewellery—only then can you identify truly aligned partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • Practical experience in online retail ecosystems: Familiar with social commerce, affiliate marketing, and emerging models
  • Existing channel resources preferred: Established networks enable faster partnership activation
  • Brand alignment: Understand the cultural value of talisman jewellery and convey brand philosophy in commercial negotiations
  • Commercial acumen: Evaluate partnership value and balance short-term sales with long-term brand building
  • Autonomous working ability: Independently develop channels and manage partnerships
