Membership Levels

Our membership programme features six distinct levels, each offering progressive spending thresholds and exclusive privileges:

Percival

• How to qualify: Complete membership registration
• Point multiplier: 1.0x
• Welcome bonus: Points awarded upon registration

Gawain

• How to qualify: Complete your first purchase of $100 or more
• Point multiplier: 1.0x
• Level-up bonus: 300 points

Galahad

• How to qualify: Total lifetime spend of $500
• Point multiplier: 1.2x
• Level-up bonus: 500 points

Lancelot

• How to qualify: Total lifetime spend of $1,800
• Point multiplier: 1.5x
• Level-up bonus: 1,000 points

Arthur

• How to qualify: Total lifetime spend of $2,800
• Point multiplier: 1.8x
• Level-up bonus: 2,000 points

Avalon

• How to qualify: Total lifetime spend of $4,000
• Point multiplier: 2.0x
• Level-up bonus: 3,000 points

Important Note on Level Progression

Please note: When a single purchase qualifies you for multiple membership levels, you'll receive only the bonus for your final level achieved, not the cumulative bonuses from each intermediate level.

Example:

• If your first purchase is $2,000, you'll advance directly to Lancelot level and receive the 1,000-point Lancelot bonus only—not the combined Gawain and Galahad bonuses.
  

Earning Points

Purchase Points

• Base rate: 10 points per $1 spent
• Your total points = purchase amount × your membership level multiplier
• Points are credited automatically when your order ships
• Returns will result in corresponding point deductions

Bonus Point Opportunities

1. Level progression bonuses:
   • One-time bonuses for reaching each new level (as detailed above)
   • Bonus points are awarded automatically upon qualification
2. Member activities:
   • Product reviews: Earn points for sharing your experience
   • Social media follows: Points for following our official accounts (first time only)
   • Newsletter signup: Points for subscribing to our updates (first time only)
   • Birthday treat: 300 points during your birthday month

Redeeming Points

Shopping Credit

• Exchange rate: 1,000 points = $5 shopping credit
• How to use:
  • No minimum purchase required
  • Can be combined with most sales and promotions
  • May not be available during special clearance events
• Validity: 7 days from redemption; unused credit automatically returns to your point balance, or contact our team for earlier conversion back to points
• Personal use only: Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts

Exclusive Merchandise

• Access to tier-specific merchandise redemptions
• Browse available items in your member area
• Limited releases announced via email and website

Vouchers & Rewards

• Special event rewards

• Individual voucher terms apply

Expiry Terms

• Membership levels: Permanent (never expire)
• Points: 450 days from date earned
• Redeemed shopping credit: 7 days
• Special vouchers: No expiry

Existing Member Transition

Our enhanced membership programme launched on 16th September 2025. For existing members:

• Your previous purchases have been converted to points under our new system
• Your membership level reflects your historical spending
• Converted points are valid for 450 days from 16th September 2025

Programme Terms
