Visual content is the primary language through which brands communicate with consumers. A photograph, a video—they convey more than product appearance; they express the brand's quality, philosophy, and character.

AWNL's visual content must present two dimensions: the refinement of craftsmanship and the energy of materials.
How do you capture the cosmic essence of meteorite in a photograph?
How do you convey the texture and weight of natural stone through video?
How do you help viewers feel that this isn't merely jewellery, but a talisman with story and meaning?

We need different types of creators to join us:

UGC Content Creators

You might be a brand enthusiast, micro-influencer, or simply someone who enjoys creating and sharing. You're willing to showcase products from your perspective, using authentic experiences to connect with others. You're comfortable on camera, telling the story of you and your talisman through everyday moments.

Photography / Video Content Creators

You possess photography or video production skills and are willing to regularly create content for the brand. You align with AWNL's philosophy and understand how to communicate brand aesthetic through visual language. You may be an enthusiast, but your work meets professional standards.

Brand Project Photographers/Filmmakers

You're an experienced photographer, director of photography, or filmmaker. You can undertake the brand's major visual projects—new product shoots, brand imagery campaigns, brand films. We collaborate with you project by project, expecting professional-grade output each time.

Role Overview

If you're an AWNL enthusiast, wearer, or micro-influencer/content creator interested in the brand, we invite you to share your story with our products in your own way.

This doesn't require professional equipment or advanced skills—we value authenticity. You can use your phone to capture daily wear, record brief sharing videos, or showcase your styling on social media. You can appear on camera, using your own voice to explain why you chose this talisman and what it means to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create product-related photo or video content (daily wear, styling shares, user experiences, etc.)
  • Appear on camera showcasing products and sharing genuine experiences
  • Publish content on personal social media or brand-designated channels
  • Adjust content direction according to brand needs (whilst maintaining personal style)

Requirements

  • AWNL enthusiast or wearer, or genuine alignment with brand philosophy
  • Personal social media account (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.); established follower base preferred
  • Willing to appear on camera and share authentically
  • Able to shoot basic quality photos/videos using phone or camera
  • Understanding of UGC content characteristics: authenticity over perfection

Collaboration Model

  • Brand provides products (gifted or loaned)
  • Compensation based on quantity and quality of published content
  • Content format and publishing frequency negotiable
  • Outstanding performers may establish long-term partnerships

Role Overview

We're seeking individuals with photography or video production skills and sensitivity to aesthetics and craftsmanship to regularly create brand content for AWNL. You might be an enthusiast creator, freelancer, or someone working in another field who is passionate about content creation.

You understand AWNL's brand language—Nordic minimalism, craft quality, understated luxury. You know how to capture the lines of silver jewellery through light and shadow, how to present natural stone textures, and convey the spiritual imagery of talismans within the frame.

Key Responsibilities

Photography Creators
  • Shoot product still life (flat lays, lifestyle, details, etc.)
  • Create visual assets for social media
  • Shoot simple product videos or dynamic content
  • Perform basic retouching and post-production (Lightroom/Photoshop)
  • Maintain visual style consistency according to brand guidelines
Video Creators
  • Produce product showcase videos and brand story short films
  • Shoot and edit short video content suitable for social media
  • Present brand atmosphere and product quality through narrative
  • Handle basic colour grading, music, and subtitles

Requirements

  • Professional photography or video production skills (enthusiast or professional)
  • Demonstrable portfolio (jewellery, fashion, or product photography preferred)
  • Alignment with AWNL's brand philosophy, able to convey brand spirit through visual language
  • Basic shooting equipment (camera, lighting, etc.)
  • Able to produce content regularly (frequency negotiable)
  • Genuine interest in jewellery, natural materials, or craftsmanship
Additional Requirements for Photography Creators
  • Familiar with video editing software (Premiere/Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media video production standards
Additional Requirements for Video Creators
  • Familiar with basic product photography techniques
  • Able to handle basic retouching (Lightroom/Photoshop)

Collaboration Model

  • Monthly or project-based collaboration, output volume negotiable
  • Brand provides products and shooting requirement guidelines
  • Creators maintain creative freedom
  • Long-term collaboration, building stable working relationships

Role Overview

You're an experienced professional photographer or filmmaker capable of undertaking the brand's major visual projects. This includes new collection shoots, brand imagery campaigns, brand films, product catalogues, and other projects requiring professional standards.

We collaborate with you project by project—each with clear creative direction, deliverable requirements, and budget. You'll communicate directly with the brand team, from concept discussions to final delivery, completing high-quality visual work.

Key Responsibilities

Photography Projects
  • Undertake professional shoots for new collections
  • Produce brand imagery campaigns
  • Shoot product catalogues and e-commerce hero images
  • Complete shoots and deliver finished work according to creative briefs
Video Projects
  • Produce brand image films
  • Shoot product story shorts or advertisements
  • Create brand content suitable for digital platforms
  • Complete full process from shooting to editing and colour grading

Requirements

  • 3+ years' professional photography or video production experience
  • Mature portfolio demonstrating commercial shooting capabilities
  • Experience with jewellery, fashion, luxury goods, or product photography preferred
  • Alignment with AWNL's brand philosophy, understanding how to convey brand spirit visually
  • Professional-grade equipment or ability to coordinate shooting resources
  • Excellent communication skills, able to understand creative briefs and contribute ideas
Additional Requirements for Photographers
  • Proficient in product photography and lighting techniques
  • Skilled with Capture One/Lightroom/Photoshop
  • Able to work independently or coordinate shooting teams
Additional Requirements for Filmmakers
  • Proficient in video shooting and post-production
  • Skilled with professional editing and colour grading software
  • Able to work independently or direct shooting teams

Collaboration Model

  • Project-based collaboration, each project independently quoted and contracted
  • Brand provides detailed creative briefs and references
  • Creators provide professional recommendations and execution plans
  • May require shooting at specified locations or remote coordination

Project Fees: Negotiated based on project scale, complexity, usage scope, and other factors
