Eligibility for Exchange and Return
Unconditional exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in their original and unworn condition with tags attached. We accept exchanges for any reason, including sizing, color, or dissatisfaction with the items.
Shipment for Exchange and Return
Upon your request for an exchange or return, we will issue an authorization email with further instructions.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the package to us. However, we will cover the shipping fee when sending the new exchange item to you.
If the return results from our fault (incorrect or defective item), we will take responsibility for all the shipping costs.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
To request an exchange or return, please visit our contact page (or email us at email@example.com) and include the following information:
- Contact name
- Telephone number
- Proof of purchase or order number
- A brief description of the problem with at least two photos of the product’s condition
Conditions for Return
- Items not in the original condition, damaged, or defective are not eligible for return.
- We will not accept any return of items that are directly sent back to us without prior notification.
- Final sale items, custom products, or gift cards are not eligible for return.
Process for Different Item Exchanges
For different item exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Our customer service representatives are here to assist you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This process usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
