Unconditional exchanges & returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase by indicating your order number and that the items are in original and unworn condition with tags attached.
We accept exchanges for any reason about sizing, color, dissatisfaction with the items, etc.
In terms of shipment, we will issue you an authorization email with further instructions.
You will be charged for the return shipping. In the case of an exchange, we will reimburse the cost while shipping the new item to you.
We'll also take responsibility for the shipping costs if the return results from our fault (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To request an exchange or return, please step into our contact page (or via email at email@example.com) and make sure to include the following information:
The contact name
Proof of purchase or order number (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)
A brief description of the problem with at least two photos of the product’s condition
Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize your request.
Any items not in the original condition, damaged, or defective are not eligible for return.
We will not accept any return of items that are directly sent back to us without notification at first.
Final sale items, custom products, or gift cards are not eligible for return.
For different item exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Usually, this process takes 2 to 4 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You should expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
