Warranty & Repairs

  • Please notice that we offer a 60-day warranty on jewelry containing elastic cords, braided cords, ribbons, leather, or waxed cord parts.
  • Our meteorite jewelry, metal chains, sterling silver jewelry, and sterling silver jewelry with crystals/gemstones are covered by a 90-day warranty.
  • During the period of a 60-day or 90-day warranty, if any component mentioned above breaks or loosens, any beads come out, or the product is significantly damaged during daily wear, feel free to contact us to request a repair.
  • To request a repair, please check our contact page (or via email at info@awnl.se) and make sure to include the following information:
    • Contact name
    • Telephone number
    • Proof of purchase or order number (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)
    • A brief description of the damage with at least two photos of the product’s present condition.
  • Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize your request. Our customer service representatives will contact you within 48 hours with further instructions.
  • Once your request is authorized, please follow the representative’s instructions for returns. After we confirm the receipt of the product, we will move forward to repair or replace the item with a new one of equal value for free and mail it to your address.
  • After receiving the item, it usually takes 3~5 working days to process the replacement and 30~45 working days to complete the repair for your item, after which a package will be sent to the specified address. We will explain, clarify, and provide a proper and compliant solution in exceptional circumstances.
  • For consumable accessories parts, we only provide one repair or replacement during the warranty period. We appreciate your understanding.
  • For orders that are out of the warranty period and need repair, we no longer offer free repair and replacement services. Repairs required outside of the average warranty coverage may incur charges depending on the needs of the repair. Any incurred charges will require settlement before the item(s) are returned to you.
    • If you want to purchase a brand-new item of equal value, we will offer you a one-time 50% discount coupon after confirming the situation. 
  • All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.
  • We will not accept any item sent for repair that has not been authorized beforehand.
