We accept custom orders with a deposit and closely communicate with customers about production details.
The design deposit for re-customized styles is 30 USD, which includes the service of providing custom design drawings based on the customization requirements.
We make sure that each item meets our quality standards and introduce a 60-day maintenance policy to ensure your satisfaction.
The production time for custom goods takes around 7 to 15 working days, and please note that customized items are not eligible for the no-excuse return policy.

Exchange & Return Policy

New, unopened items are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
