Silver oxidation treatment: When oxidation and blackening occur, use a silver polishing cloth to wipe in one direction along the jewelry's texture (avoid circular motions to prevent plating wear), applying slightly more pressure on oxidized areas until luster is restored.
Deep oxidation repair: If silver polishing cloth cannot handle the oxidation, we recommend using AWNL professional electroplating renewal services.
Minor scratches: Can be treated using professional silver polishing cloth with gentle circular motions. Deeper scratches require professional treatment.

M meteorite is an iron meteorite, sensitive to humidity. Keep dry and regularly wipe the surface with an oil-free cloth, never soak in water.

Gemstone & Crystal Care & Repair

For daily cleaning, use a slightly damp pure cotton cloth to gently wipe natural gemstone surfaces, never use ultrasonic cleaning machines.
Gemstone damage treatment: For scratches, cracks, or sun-induced fading, consult AWNL gemstone restoration services to avoid secondary damage.
Soft gemstones (such as garnet, tourmaline) require particularly gentle handling, while hard gemstones (such as sapphire, crystal) are more wear-resistant.

Structural Damage Emergency Treatment

Severe damage types: Elastic cord breakage, chain breakage, gemstone loosening, meteorite detachment, severe deformation, or loosening and other structural issues.
